This is the official privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") for Feedtext, Inc. All capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use Agreement located on the RingtoneDeck Website. This Privacy Policy governs the Personal Information (defined below) collected on the RingtoneDeck Website from users of the RingtoneDeck Website and does not cover any such information collected in any other manner or for any other purpose unless specifically stated. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain our privacy practices. Your continued participation on the Service and/or the RingtoneDeck Website indicates your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and of the collection, use, disclosure, management and storage of your Personal Information (defined below) as described below.
The RingtoneDeck Website is offered and made available only to users over 13 years of age. If you are not yet 13 years old, you must discontinue using the RingtoneDeck Website and/or the Service immediately, or if you are over 13 years of age and, for any reason, you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must not participate in the features, activities and services that require you to provide your Personal Information (defined below).
The RingtoneDeck Website is designed and targeted to U.S. audiences and is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the U.S. We make no representation that the RingtoneDeck Website is operated in accordance with the laws of other nations. By your participation in the RingtoneDeck Website activities, you certify that you are at least 13 years of age and a resident of the U.S. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside of the U.S. and you participate in activities on the Service and/or the RingtoneDeck Website, you do so at your own risk and initiative, and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local and national laws. Please be aware that any Personal Information you transfer to us will be transferred to the U.S. and subject to U.S. law. By using the RingtoneDeck Website and the Service, participating in any RingtoneDeck Website and/or Service activities, and/or providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to this transfer of Personal Information to the U.S., and waive any claims that may arise under your own local and national laws. All users of the Service and/or the RingtoneDeck Website are required to provide true, current, complete and accurate Personal Information and we will reject and delete any entry that we believe in good faith to be false, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection
Ownership
We and/or our Affiliates collect certain personally identifiable information (e.g., your Device phone number and certain Carrier information including, without limitation, CPNI) from authorized users (the "Users") of the RingtoneDeck Website and/or the Service ("Personal Information"). Feedtext, Inc. is the sole owner of the Personal Information collected on the RingtoneDeck Website and/or the Service.
Information Use
We store certain information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, to create a profile of our Users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual Users that details their viewing preferences (the "Profile"). Consequently, collected information is tied to the User's Personal Information. Your Profile is shared in aggregate form only.
Cookies
"Cookies" are pieces of information that are placed on an individual's computer hard drive to enable the individual to more easily communicate and interact with a website. The RingtoneDeck Website uses cookies to customize your experience on the RingtoneDeck Website. We use cookies to track a User's session and for other purposes. You may, however, at your option, disallow receiving cookies at any time through your web browser, although some portions of the RingtoneDeck Website may not function properly if cookies are disallowed. The RingtoneDeck Website will never use cookies to retrieve information from a computer that is unrelated to the RingtoneDeck Website and/or your interaction with the RingtoneDeck Website. Some of our business partners may use cookies on the RingtoneDeck Website (for example, advertisers); however, we have no access to or control over these cookies once we have given permission for such business partners to set cookies for advertising and you acknowledge and agree that Feedtext, Inc. and/or its Affiliates are not liable for such business partners or their actions. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by the RingtoneDeck Website only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
Third Party Advertising
The ads appearing on this RingtoneDeck Website are delivered to Users by our advertising partners. Information about Users' visits to this RingtoneDeck Website, such as the number of times they have viewed an ad, may be used to serve ads to Users on this RingtoneDeck Website.
Log Files
Like most standard websites we and/or our Affiliates use log files to track certain information. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the RingtoneDeck Website, track Users' movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to Personal Information.
Communication from the RingtoneDeck Website
We may communicate with Users to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email, phone, or text message, in accordance with the Users' wishes.

Though we make every effort to preserve User privacy, we may need to disclose Personal Information in the following limited circumstances:
Aggregate Information (non-Personal Information)
We may share aggregated demographic information on a limited basis with our Affiliates, other partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any Personal Information.
Third Party Advertisers
The RingtoneDeck Website may share usage information about Users with reputable third parties for the purpose of targeting our Internet banner advertisements on this RingtoneDeck Website. To our knowledge, the information they collect and share through this technology is not Personal Information.
The following are the instances in which we will share Users' Personal Information:
Third Party Intermediaries
We use the User's Carrier and/or the User's Carrier's affiliate to bill the User for goods and services.
Business Transactions
In the event Feedtext, Inc. and/or the RingtoneDeck Website and/or an Affiliate goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, Users' Personal Information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
Your California Privacy Rights
Residents of the State of California, under a new provision of the California Civil Code, have the right to request from companies conducting business in California a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed personally identifiable information during the preceding year for direct marketing purposes. Feedtext, Inc. currently does not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Therefore, we are not required to disclose a list of the third parties that received your Personal Information for marketing purposes during the preceding year. The law provides that if the company has a privacy policy that gives either an Opt-out or Opt-in choice for use of personally identifiable information by third parties (such as advertisers) for marketing purposes, the company may instead provide you with information on how to exercise your disclosure choice options.
Although Feedtext, Inc. does not currently disclose Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes, should it ever do so the RingtoneDeck Website will qualify for the alternative option as it has a comprehensive Privacy Policy and will provide you with details on how you may Opt-out of the use of your Personal Information by such third parties for direct marketing purposes (see Choice/Opt Out Section below).
In such instances, if you are a California resident and desire to request information about how to exercise your third party disclosure choices, you must send a request to the following address with a preference on how our response to your request should be sent (email or postal mail). All requests sent via postal mail must be labeled "Your California Privacy Rights" on the envelope or post card and clearly stated on the actual request. For all requests, please include your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. (Your street address is optional if you wish to receive a response to your request via email. Please include your zip code for our own recordkeeping.) We will not accept requests via the telephone or by facsimile. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information.
Choice/Opt-out
If Feedtext, Inc. should disclose Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes, our Users will be given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their Personal Information shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes and/or used for purposes not directly related to our RingtoneDeck Website at the point where we ask for information.
Links
This RingtoneDeck Website contains links to other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage our Users to be aware when they leave the RingtoneDeck Website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information from them. This Privacy Policy applies solely to Personal Information collected by the RingtoneDeck Website and/or the Service.
Security
Due to the open communication nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and the RingtoneDeck Website, and the RingtoneDeck Website and you, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. Users of the RingtoneDeck Website do so at their own risk. To prevent unauthorized access and maintain accuracy, the RingtoneDeck Website has in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to secure the information we collect on the RingtoneDeck Website. Employees with access to Personal Information are required to follow our security rules, which state that such information must be used only for the purpose of providing services to you. These information access controls are regularly reviewed and updated.
Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a User's Personal Information changes (such as mobile Device number or CPNI), or if a User no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate Users' Personal Information. This can be done by contacting our Customer Support Team at 1-877-270-8211 or at helpdesk [at] ringtonedeck.com.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate, at our sole discretion, so our Users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use such information in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected.
Your Acceptance of this Policy
By visiting the RingtoneDeck Website, you signify your assent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must not use the RingtoneDeck Website. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of the RingtoneDeck Website following the posting of changes to these terms signifies your acceptance of these changes.
