Once you sign up for a Ringtone subscription, you’ll be given download credits. The number of credits depends on the subscription plan you have. When you download a ringtone or wallpaper, we will deduct 1 credit per item and send the download to your phone.
Within seconds, the content will be downloaded straight to your phone. When network traffic is unusually high, this process might take up some minutes sometimes hours or may fail in downloading. If your content does not come automatically you can always download it using the WAP address that we sent to your phone.
Please wait until your password is sent to your mobile phone. Usually it takes a couple of minutes before you receive depending on the network traffic, but if the password is not sent to you within hours try subscribing the same content again.

Can’t decide what content to be downloaded? Use our search engine to find your favorite artist or song. Go to our home page www.ringtonedeck.com and you'll see a search box located on the upper right-hand corner of our website. You can search by artist name such as Alicia Keys or Britney Spears or by song title like you remind me or even by keywords such as jump or party or you could just leave the search text box blank and click go and all the contents of the category chosen will be listed.
The cost of ringtones, and wallpapers varies from $ 1.99 to $2.99 depending on the type of download you make, such as polyphonic and real tones. Realtones costs $2.99, while Polyphonic Tones costs $1.99 and Wallpapers costs $1.99. The price of ringtones and wallpapers is displayed on every download page before purchase.
Note: Your carrier might charge you text messaging and data service charges if you do not have messaging and wireless internet subscriptions as part of your phone plan.
Ringtonedeck does not offer refunds for procured subscription. If you continue to have delivery problems, send an email to our Ringtonedeck Customer Support (please refer to no.12) and we will gladly to help to your inquiry.
When your subscription renews, fresh credits are allotted to your account. It’s advisable to use the download credits within the subscription month because unused credits do not rollover to the next month. Refunds will not be issued for unused credits.
Yes user can buy more than one subscription in a month but per content type (e.g. one subscription in Realtones, one in polyphonic and etc.).
Sorry to hear that but our subscription is good for one month only. If you already used all of your subscription credits for the specified month you can use the single purchase option to download the content. You must wait for the monthly renewal of your subscription for you to be able to use the replenished credits again.
Charges will reflect on your monthly phone bill. You will be charged once you click on the WAP Address Link or the URL that we’ll send you on your mobile phone. Please keep the URL LINK or WAP Address Link so you can download your content again just in case of an incomplete download. Downloading the same content via the same link that we sent you will not be charged to your phone. Other carrier charges may apply.

Ringtonedeck will send you a SMS of a WAP address link. Once you clicked or “Go To” on the WAP address link, the download process will commence and you will receive a message confirming that you were charged. If you haven’t received your content, you can use the WAP address to retry the download process. This process will not be charged. As long as you have the WAP address link you can download or retry to download the same content without charge.
Note: Remember to save your WAP address to avoid subscribing again if a problem in downloading arises. Other carrier charges may apply.
Please check with your local cellphone service to check if you can download contents on your prepaid plan. Certain carriers may restrict prepaid account holders from using premium messaging service.
Unfortunately we don’t have free downloads, but you can download the same content any time as long as you have the WAP address of the content. For example if you have downloaded a Realtones (Alicia Keys-Butterflies) once and you saved the WAP address then you decided to download the same content, you just refer to the WAP address that we sent to you and you can download it again without charge.

Please note that cellphone images are preformatted to fit the individual resolution specifications of the devices. It means that image quality will be different depending on your phone's capability, and not all downloaded graphics will look exactly like the sample on the website.
In this case, downloaded images can be distorted or be out of framing (too small or too large). If this sounds like the problem you're having, please contact Ringtonedeck Customer Support (please refer to no.12) and we will thank the proper action for this problem.
Unfortunately it’s not possible. What you could do is use up all of your credits then send or share the contents once you have downloaded it.
If you experience this just try downloading the content again on your WAP address sent to you. If you still encounter this problem give us a call or contact our Ringtonedeck Customer Support (please refer to no.12)

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is how our system works. All files downloaded to your mobile phone will have numbers and underscores “_” as its filenames. These are the contents parameter codes when downloaded from the ringtonedeck site.
We recommend that after the file was downloaded rename the filename of the content before storing it to your mobile phone. You could rename the content to its content name (the title of the content on the ringtonedeck site) or you can change it to whatever filename you want it to be.
Renaming the filename of the content will help you not to be confused due to its numbers and underscores, and to avoid replacing or overwriting contents with the same filename on your mobile phone.
If it says “no content for Realtones” or in any categories (e.g. Polyphonic, Real Tones, and Wallpapers) it only mean two things; its either we didn’t uploaded files for the specific category (which is impossible because every month we have new and fresh contents ready for download) or your mobile phone doesn’t support any of our categories. To check what contents are compatible with your phone, feel free to visit the Phone Compatibility Page.
Yes. You will be charged if you download any content on the ringtonedeck website regardless if it is the same content that you have downloaded already. To get the content that you have downloaded for free, be sure to save the WAP address sent to you mobile phone. For more info please refer to number 25.
